Kristian Henry is a member of the Legal Team at the Citizenship by Investment program and deals solely with and sphere-heads the Alien and Landholding Licensing Department.
She commenced her studies in law in 2005 with the university of Essex and subsequently pursued her BPTC with the Bristol Institute of Legal Practice in 2009.
Kristian has always had a passion for law and has worked with several institutions both local and within the United Kingdom to sharpen her skills.
With the wealth of knowledge and experience she has gathered over her professional career, Kristian hopes to make the Alien and Landholding Licensing Department one of the fastest flowing and efficient departments by ensuring applications are expeditiously dealt with whilst ensuring that due diligence and proper local and international rules and procedures are adhered to.
Finally, whilst ensuring that applications are dealt with properly and expeditiously, she also hopes to orchestrate a move to a digital platform for the Alien and Landholding Licensing Department making the Department the additional string to the St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Program’s bow.
Fun fact, Kristian considers herself a bit of a foodie and her approach to work and life is that regardless of the ingredients, with the right amount of seasoning, the perfect blend or flavor is attainable.”
