Les Khan, PMP, MSOC, BBA, is Chief Executive Officer of the Galaxy Group, the parent company of Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate . He has over 35 years of experience with large financial organizations and risk management companies globally. For the last seven years, Mr. Khan has been intimately involved in the Citizenship by Investment Unit in St. Kitts and Nevis, and has become a resident expert on citizenship programmes within the Caribbean.

Familiar with instituting risk management practices in numerous organizations internationally, Les’ experience in leading teams in phases of transition brings valuable experience to corporate, financial clients and governments across the globe. Les has led initiatives in automation, process re-engineering, marketing, risk management and relationship building.
