Keynote Address and Official Opening

Natalie John, Director and CEO of CGC Inc. based in St. Lucia brings a wealth of expertise to the citizenship and investment industry, having led Caribbean Governance Consultants Inc. a St. Kitts based registered serviced provider from 2007 to 2017. At the helm, Ms. John was instrumental in attracting multiple investors to the Federation which saw investments in real estate, educational foundations and philanthropic donations to charitable homes. This savvy and trend-forward entrepreneur oversees a portfolio of growing businesses around the Caribbean encompassing real estate, concierge services, event planning and destination management services.

In addition to being a Chartered Governance Professional with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, she’s a real estate investor, a certified wedding specialist, and a trained florist with experience in securities, tourism marketing and export credit.

Born and raised in Saint Lucia, she studied Commerce, Finance and Marketing at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In 1999, she moved to the Federation of St. Kitts & Nevis to contribute to the OECS community by pursuing a banking career at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) , then moving on to the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange (ECSE) as its first employee until her elevation to the post of Manager, Issuer & Registry Services in that institution in 2003 and her subsequent departure in 2005 to give momentum to her march along her entrepreneurial journey.

Natalie continues to innovate, finding new ways to evolve, assist corporate groups in planning Caribbean events, and helping island tourism and investment officials develop creative strategies to remain competitive.

As a regional champion she maintains homes in St. Kitts and St. Lucia while focusing on growing her Caribbean businesses and investing within the local space. In 2020, she created CWEP a nonprofit organization as a platform for industry professionals to network, leverage their creativity and grow.

From a business perspective, she has grown her business to include The Dreamy Group which includes Dreamy Weddings Ltd., Dreamy Floral & De cor Bar Ltd., and Dreamy Rentals with concierge arm CGC Inc. and Elite St. Kitts.
